Please do not worry - all our designers, surveyors and installers carry identification for your peace of mind. If you are in any doubt about inviting anyone into your home they will not be offended if you ask them to wait outside whilst you make any relevant checks.

Unfortunately there will always be an element of disruption when works are carried out within your home. We have a team of qualified installers that are project managed and are used to working on various types of project. They will always respect your wishes and work with you to cause the least amount of disruption possible.
As each home is different it poses a different set of requirements for each installation. We will assess the options available to you during our home design visit. There are many choices available to you, and our designer will help you to make an informed decision on what solution best suits your requirements.
Yes is the simplest answer. Although we are based in Lincolnshire we do installations throughout the UK. Our furthest project so far has been in St Ives in Cornwall, so distance is not a problem, and would welcome anyone enquiries to do holiday home conversions.
Yes we do, but generally only if the works are conjunction with a bathroom, wet room or cloakroom. However because our background is in construction and renovation, we would consider bigger building projects if approached to do so.
There is no exact timescale we can give, only an estimation, as each project we undertake is different. For a guide though, a straight swap in an average sized family bathroom can take up to 10 working days. This will include complete strip out and removal of waste from site, preparation work, tiling and flooring and installation of new sanitary ware and furniture if any. We will always give an estimated timescale though during our initial visit and keep you informed of any changes due to unforeseen problems that arise on site during the project.
Yes, we have a showroom located in the Market Place in Brigg. Please feel free to drop by, or call 01652 409381 to make an appointment.
Before we start any work, a check will be made with the relevant local council to see if planning permission/and or building regulations are required. We shall deal with all this and apply through the planning department on your behalf. Legally we will not be able to commence work if any sort of permission is required, so this will have to be factored into the project.
